Senior Project Manager – IT Infrastructure & Business Transformation

Our client, a leading organization in the Belgian services sector, is looking for a Senior Project Manager to spearhead two high-impact digital programs. This role oversees a critical post-merger IT infrastructure integration and the development of a sophisticated knowledge platform for over 600 advisors.

• Lead a post-merger IT infrastructure integration to a fixed go-live deadline.
• Coordinate the rollout of new hardware, office networks, and equipment across the organization.
• Drive Microsoft 365 and Azure tenant migrations from planning through cutover.
• Run a parallel SharePoint program to build a centralized knowledge center.
• Own the change management processes to facilitate organizational shifts in information management.
• Manage scope, budget, and timelines across multiple programs while reporting progress to leadership.
• Direct external implementation partners to ensure alignment with project scope and delivery timelines.

• You have 8+ years of experience as a Senior Project Manager delivering complex IT programs end-to-end.
• You possess a proven track record in leading post-merger infrastructure integrations and technical cutovers.
• You bring advanced knowledge of IT infrastructure including networking, identity and access management.
• You have experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure tenant migrations.
• You're proficient in managing project scope, budget, and risk mitigation strategies.
• You have led organizational change management initiatives within an organization.
• You bring experience in managing external implementation partners and vendor delivery.
• You're skilled in combining Agile and Waterfall methodologies based on project needs.
• You possess excellent stakeholder management skills for guiding business leads through transformation.
• You are fluent in Dutch.
