Production Team Lead

Our client, a prominent food manufacturer, is seeking a Team Leader to manage expanding production operations. This role involves overseeing high-volume production lines and driving operational excellence within a dynamic manufacturing environment.

• Manage daily production activities to ensure efficient line performance and volume targets are met.
• Lead and motivate a team of operators through active coaching and guidance.
• Resolve operational challenges and technical issues promptly on the production floor.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for specific production lines.
• Collaborate with management and internal departments to support team development.
• Oversee the smooth transition and coordination between rotating shifts.

• You have 3+ years of experience in a Team Leader role within a production or manufacturing environment.
• You possess strong people management skills and a hands-on, operational focus.
• You're resilient and capable of solving problems in a fast-paced setting.
• You bring the willingness to work in a rotating two-shift system.

Nice to Haves

• Experience in the food industry.
• Knowledge of performance reviews, recruitment interviews, and trade union relations.
• Initial experience with project management or OPEX methodologies.
