Senior Data Architect – Public Sector & Identity Management

Our client, a major organization in the public sector, is looking for an expert to map conceptual and logical data models by leveraging existing domain expertise and documentation. The role focuses on aligning data architecture with the specific needs of partners and stakeholders while ensuring robust documentation of national data assets.

• Develop conceptual models per domain including detailed diagrams and semantic definitions.
• Analyze and map data flows and integration patterns across organizational systems.
• Design logical data models with a focus on attributes, normalization, and key policies.
• Establish canonical models for reusable entities in connection with master data management.
• Create and maintain a business glossary defining terms, domains, and stewardship.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and translate business requirements into technical data structures.

• You have 8+ years of experience in data architecture with Conceptual and Logical modeling, ERD, and Domain-Driven Design (DDD).
• You bring 8+ years of expertise in architecture modeling tools such as Archi and Archimate.
• You possess 8+ years of experience with Master Data Management (MDM), Data Warehousing, and setting up Business Glossaries.
• You have 8+ years of experience working with PostgreSQL, Spark, and Hierarchical databases.
• You bring 8+ years of experience with containerization technologies including Docker and Kubernetes.
• You possess 8+ years of experience in security architecture, specifically Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Encryption.
