Our client is seeking a professional to support their procurement team on a strategic assignment. The role involves driving end-to-end sourcing activities and process optimization across workforce and talent categories. Key objectives include delivering priority initiatives through data analysis and cross-functional collaboration.
Verantwoordelijkheden
- Execute end-to-end sourcing activities including RFx, supplier selection, and negotiations.
- Support sourcing initiatives across categories like Contingent Workforce, Talent Operations, and L&D.
- Conduct spend analysis and manage procurement data to ensure workforce visibility and governance.
- Develop business cases and benchmarks to track savings and support sourcing decisions.
- Collaborate with global stakeholders to deliver strategic initiatives and ensure policy compliance.
- Contribute to the development of Master Service Agreements and supplier relationship management.
- Support process optimization and automation initiatives within procurement workflows.
Vereisten
- You have a Bachelor or Master degree in Business, Procurement, or Supply Chain.
- You bring relevant professional experience in procurement and sourcing.
- You possess skills in commercial negotiations, data analysis, and sourcing execution.
- You're analytical and collaborative with strong project management capabilities.
- You are fluent in English.
Nice to Haves
- Experience in contingent workforce or services procurement.
- Familiarity with contracting including MSAs and SOWs.
