Business & Data Analyst – Migration

Our client, a prominent player in the utility sector, is executing a strategic migration of facility management processes to a standardized digital platform. This role supports the transition by ensuring data integrity and business alignment throughout the system transformation project. A motivated professional is needed to manage data migration activities, coordinate testing, and facilitate knowledge transfer for the new solution.

A large infrastructure-driven organization is launching a strategic transformation program to migrate all facility management processes for non-technical buildings from a legacy system to a standardized Archibus platform. By the end of 2026, all functionalities must be fully migrated, tested, and operational, enabling the decommissioning of the legacy application. You will join the project team as a Junior Business Analyst, supporting data migration, testing coordination, process documentation, and access governance in a high-impact, deadline-driven environment.

• Support the migration of facility management processes from a legacy platform to a new environment
• Contribute to business analysis deliverables, ensuring requirements are clearly documented and validated with stakeholders.
• Define and refine data mappings between source and target systems.
• Support data migration activities, including data validation and quality checks using Databricks.
• Prepare and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) cycles with business stakeholders.
• Create structured test documentation and track defects and validation outcomes.
• Develop training materials and facilitate knowledge transfer sessions for end users.

• You have a minimum of 1 year of experience as a Business Analyst.
• You have proven experience in business process development and optimization (BPM).
• You have proven experience with Databricks for data analysis or migration support.
• You have proven experience defining and refining data mappings between systems.
• You are Dutch-speaking at CEFR level C2.
• You demonstrate strong analytical thinking, structured documentation skills, and a proactive mindset.
