Expert Enterprise Architect – ARIS & BPM

Our client, a leading organization in the public transport sector, is seeking a highly experienced professional to lead their architectural strategy. The role involves planning, managing, and supervising the implementation of an Enterprise Architecture practice to support large-scale organizational objectives.

• Define Enterprise Architecture standards, frameworks, and principles to ensure organizational alignment.
• Support an agile approach to deliver MVPs for the architecture solution based on specialized modeling tools.
• Design the overall picture for the architecture solution, including metamodels and the analysis of existing content for reuse.
• Establish governance processes and methods for architecture stream leads and various stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate risks that could affect the architecture projects while reviewing technical specifications.
• Act as a reference resource for the architecture team and bridge communication between technical and non-technical staff.

• 15+ years experience in Enterprise Architecture and Business Process Management (BPM).
• 8+ years defining EA frameworks, ARIS governance, and metamodels.
• 8+ years experience working within the public sector.
• Proven experience in at least 3 projects developing or implementing EA solutions on the ARIS platform.
• Strong working knowledge of ArchiMate and BPMN modeling.
• Possess a proactive, solution-oriented mentality with a win-win approach to stakeholder management.
• You are fluent in Dutch or French (C level) with at least B1 level of English.

• Over 20 years of experience in Enterprise Architecture across multiple industries.
• Combined expertise in Enterprise Architecture, Solution Architecture, and BPM across the full lifecycle.
• Certifications in ArchiMate, BPMN, ARIS, or Prometa.
