Expert Service Management Specialist – SIAM & IT Operating Model

Our client, a prominent organization in the public sector, is undertaking a comprehensive redesign of its IT Operating Model. The Expert Service Management Specialist will play a key role in designing, implementing, and stabilizing a new Service Management and governance framework within a multi-vendor ecosystem.

• Design and implement a value-driven SIAM operating model to modernize governance and processes across the organization.
• Lead supplier governance boards and performance review forums to ensure rigorous vendor control.
• Oversee the end-to-end integration of services, ensuring alignment between internal teams, suppliers, and business objectives.
• Manage complex outsourcing transitions and RFP-driven supplier selection processes.
• Drive measurable process optimization initiatives using established methodologies like LEAN IT.
• Coordinate with a diverse stakeholder landscape at both executive and operational levels to ensure project stabilization.

• You have 15+ years of experience in IT, with at least 10 years focused on strategic and tactical Service Management.
• You bring 8+ years of expertise in SIAM Operating Model design and implementation within complex multi-vendor environments.
• You possess 5+ years of experience working within public or semi-public sector organizations.
• You're certified in ITIL V3, ITIL V4, and SIAM.
• You have a strong track record in outsourcing transitions and RFP-driven supplier selection processes.
• You bring experience implementing governance frameworks aligned with CGEIT principles.
• You're capable of managing complex stakeholder landscapes at executive and operational levels.
• You possess a proactive and solution-oriented mindset for delivering large-scale transformation programs.
• You are fluent in French, Dutch, and English.

Nice to Haves

• Additional experience in IT Operating Model design or enterprise-wide transformation programs.
• Experience delivering process optimization initiatives using LEAN IT.
