Automation & AI Expert – Marketing (part-time)

Our client, a leading telecommunications provider, is seeking a specialist to bridge the gap between business performance and technological excellence. This role focuses on designing and implementing end-to-end automation and agentic AI solutions to optimize commercial and marketing workflows.

• Audit existing commercial and marketing processes to identify automation opportunities with high ROI.
• Design and build complex workflows using Power Automate, Power Apps, and Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Develop and implement AI Agents using OpenAI Assistants and custom Python scripts.
• Integrate internal systems with external platforms via REST APIs, Webhooks, and OAuth2.
• Maintain and update legacy automation systems built on VBA for Excel and Access.
• Document technical solutions and provide training to internal team members to ensure successful adoption.
• Report on automation performance and business impact to key stakeholders.

• You bring 3+ years of experience in automation engineering or AI consulting.
• You possess expertise in the Microsoft automation stack, specifically Power Automate (Cloud & RPA) and Power Apps.
• You have hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio and VBA for Excel and Access.
• You're proficient in programming with Python and JavaScript.
• You bring a deep understanding of REST APIs, Webhooks, and OAuth2.
• You have knowledge of prompt engineering and LLM orchestration.
• You have a consultative mindset with the ability to challenge requirements and communicate clearly.
• You're proactive in mentoring others and sharing technical knowledge.
• You are fluent in English.

Nice to Haves

• Experience with iPaaS platforms such as n8n.io, Make.com, or Zapier.
• Knowledge of French or Dutch.
