SAP CRM Specialist – Enterprise Integration & Master Data

Our client, a leading organization in the transport sector, is seeking a specialist to drive the evolution and support of their SAP CRM landscape. The role involves aligning existing applications with a new non-SAP backend while designing functional specifications and custom APIs to ensure a future-proof digital environment.

• Analyze and update existing custom logic and develop new custom APIs to support a new product and pricing backend.
• Perform functional analysis and provide detailed specifications to support offshore development teams.
• Manage complex service processes including contact center activities, complaints, and B2B contract management.
• Design and execute unit, integration, and regression testing during deployment and hypercare phases.
• Maintain master data management processes including external identifiers and interfaces with customer database environments.
• Integrate SAP CRM with legacy applications and SAP modules such as ECC and FICA using middleware solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate functional requirements into robust technical implementations.

• You have 3+ years of hands-on experience with SAP CRM, specifically using the CRM Web UI (7.0).
• You bring proven project experience in the setup of Master Agreements within an SAP CRM environment.
• You possess 3+ years of experience in application maintenance, including collaboration with offshore delivery models.
• You have technical expertise in middleware and integration using SAP PI, SAP CPI, SAP Bdocs, and Idocs.
• You're experienced with Business Partners and integration with SAP CDC, SAP ECC, and SAP FICA.
• You have functional knowledge of SAP BRF plus and the ability to perform ABAP debugging.
• You bring experience in managing service processes, sales, and marketing modules.
• You're proactive in building good governance, risk management, and strong operational practices.
• You are fluent in English at a C1 level and have at least B2 proficiency in either French or Dutch.

Nice to Haves

• Experience working within a railway or transport context.
• Experience working in Agile or sprint-based environments.
• Knowledge of S/4HANA and SAP C4C.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow, Jira, or integration with S3 (SQILS).
• Proficiency in both French and Dutch.
