Senior Manager Asset Management / Maintenance & Reliability Lead

• Lead a multidisciplinary maintenance, automation, and reliability team to ensure the execution of reactive, preventive, and proactive maintenance.
• Coach team members to promote a culture of technical qualitative ownership and professional growth.
• Take technical ownership of manufacturing assets by optimizing maintenance strategies and identifying improvement projects.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across operations, engineering, and planning to align on short-term and long-term priorities.
• Drive digital technological innovations, including the implementation of sensor technologies and reliability dashboards.
• Manage budgets, flag potential risks, and oversee the onboarding process for technical staff.

• You have a Master or Bachelor degree in Engineering or Science.
• You bring 5+ years of experience in Asset Management, Maintenance, or Reliability within a regulated manufacturing environment.
• You possess proven people leadership skills and technical knowledge of Automation systems or manufacturing equipment.
• You're experienced in project management with the ability to lead organizational change and solve complex technical issues.
• You have strong analytical skills and a proactive, result-oriented mindset.
• You are fluent in English and Dutch.
