Our client, a prominent organization in the transport sector, is seeking a specialist to drive the evolution of their identity management ecosystem. This role focuses on the technical migration to standard CIAM capabilities and the implementation of robust customer profile management solutions within a complex system landscape.
Verantwoordelijkheden
- Support and evolve the SAP CDC application and its associated interfaces.
- Execute technical migrations of CIAM capabilities from legacy systems to standardized platforms.
- Manage online customer profiles and integrate new business requirements into the existing architecture.
- Translate functional requirements into detailed technical specifications and implementations.
- Configure Screensets, UI Builder, and Organization Workspace settings.
- Facilitate system integrations between SAP and non-SAP environments using SAP CPI.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure strong governance and operational excellence.
Vereisten
- You have 3+ years of hands-on experience with SAP CDC.
- You bring technical expertise in B2C and B2B Customer Identity & Access Management.
- You possess experience with Identity Query Tool, User Management, and Screensets & UI Builder.
- You're experienced with APIs, site creation, and Organization Workspace configurations.
- You have experience performing integrations via SAP CPI.
- You possess strong analytical skills to bridge functional needs and technical execution.
- You're a proactive team player with a focus on governance and result-oriented delivery.
- You are fluent in English with a C1 level.
Nice to Haves
- Experience with Adobe platform marketing tool integrations.
- Hands-on experience in SAP CRM or SAP S/4HANA.
- Knowledge of GDPR processes within an SAP context.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow and Jira.
- Proficiency in Dutch or French.
