Our client, a leading organization in the public safety sector, is looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer to build a scalable and performant platform within a socially relevant context. This role involves taking ownership of mission-critical modules and implementing modern engineering principles within an Agile environment to ensure technical maturity and high code quality.
Verantwoordelijkheden
- Develop backend services using Node.js and a TypeScript-first approach.
- Build performant and maintainable frontends utilizing React.
- Manage and optimize PostgreSQL databases in a production environment.
- Collaborate on architecture, scalability, and security to ensure the platform remains robust and secure.
- Implement test automation and proactively monitor code quality across the development lifecycle.
- Lead technical decision-making processes and coach fellow developers to enhance team performance.
- Contribute actively to the continuous improvement of the development standards and way-of-working.
Vereisten
- 8+ years of professional experience in software development for scalable applications.
- 5+ years of experience with Node.js, TypeScript, and JavaScript in production environments.
- 5+ years of experience building modern frontend applications with React.
- 3+ years of experience working with PostgreSQL and relational database systems.
- You possess advanced proficiency in coding, testing, and debugging complex programming tasks.
- You're highly experienced with Agile and Scrum methodologies, ideally in a leadership capacity.
- You bring the ability to lead a development team and coach other developers.
- You are fluent in Dutch at a C2 level.
Nice to Haves
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Experience with Docker and containerization technologies.
- Familiarity with test automation and CI/CD pipelines.
