Expert Program Manager – Microsoft E5 & Security

Our client, a major public service organization, is looking for an Expert Program Manager to oversee the strategic implementation of a security suite. This role focuses on coordinating the rollout of comprehensive license features while ensuring robust governance, risk management, and compliance across the digital environment.

• Coordinate the planning and execution of the full Microsoft E5 suite rollout across the organization.
• Monitor progress and dependencies while ensuring technical alignment with internal ICT departments.
• Identify risks, bottlenecks, and security challenges to propose effective mitigation strategies.
• Oversee configuration, governance, and identity management within the cloud environment.
• Manage relationships with external vendors and key stakeholders to ensure smooth project adoption.
• Document technical decisions and report progress regularly to the Chief Information Security Officer.

• 8+ years in program or project management with a focus on Cybersecurity and Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC).
• Extensive experience with Microsoft 365 E5 services including Exchange, Teams, and SharePoint.
• Deep knowledge of identity and access management using Entra ID (Azure AD), MFA, and Conditional Access.
• Strong expertise in endpoint management and cloud solutions with Microsoft Intune.
• You have a solid understanding of NIS 2 and GDPR compliance frameworks.
• You bring experience in license management and vendor coordination with Microsoft resellers.
• You possess a Bachelor or Master degree in Information Systems or a related technical field.
• You're an effective communicator capable of bridging the gap between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
• You are fluent in English with active knowledge of Dutch or French.

Nice to Haves

• Possession of relevant Microsoft certifications.
• Familiarity with legacy infrastructure such as ADFS, SCCM, or on-premise Active Directory.
