Our client, a prominent organization in the mobility and public works sector, is seeking a Software Architect to optimize and guide the development of various Java-based applications. The role focuses on designing robust architectural solutions while collaborating with enterprise architects and external partners to professionalize implementation processes.
Verantwoordelijkheden
- Design software architecture for various Java applications.
- Develop comprehensive high-level and low-level designs (HLD/LLD).
- Monitor and enforce architectural principles and security guidelines.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to align technical solutions with project goals.
- Support the implementation of CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code.
- Provide hands-on guidance to development teams by creating technical samples and translating theory into practice.
- Oversee responsibility assignments and follow up on technical delivery milestones.
Vereisten
- 5+ years experience as a Java Software Architect.
- 5+ years experience as a specialist or Enterprise Architect in domains such as networking, security, or application architecture.
- Extensive experience with Spring Boot and containerization technology.
- Proven knowledge of modeling techniques and tools including Archimate, TOGAF, UML, and Sparx EA.
- Hands-on experience with DevOps and Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and Ansible.
- Working knowledge of Azure services including Compute, Storage, Networking, and Security.
- Experience managing project facets including cost estimation, timing, and coordination.
- You possess a Bachelor or Master degree.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and a proactive, hands-on mentality.
- You are native in Dutch.
Nice to Haves
- Experience with architectural guidelines specific to the Flemish government (IK1-4).
- Broad expertise across infrastructure, data, and process domains.
