Solution Designer – Digital Collaboration & M365 Services

Our client, a leading organization in the transport sector, is looking for a Solution Designer to lead digital collaboration projects. The role involves designing Microsoft 365-based solutions and acting as a functional bridge between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams.

• Assess business needs and use cases for digital collaboration and productivity, including AI-enabled scenarios.
• Design functional Microsoft 365 solutions based on requirements, governance constraints, and security standards.
• Configure and customize Microsoft 365 applications such as SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and Planner.
• Support the adoption of Microsoft 365 Copilot and lightweight agents within enterprise business scenarios.
• Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to promote platform best practices and gather requirements.
• Produce detailed solution documentation, workload estimates, and project hand-over materials.
• Collaborate with administrators and security teams to ensure alignment with organizational policies.

• You have 4+ years of professional experience with Microsoft 365 applications, specifically SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, Planner, and Viva Engage.
• You bring 4+ years of hands-on experience in configuring and customizing Microsoft 365 applications and integrated third-party solutions.
• You possess 3+ years of experience working in project environments involving Agile ceremonies and stakeholder management.
• You're experienced in defining, implementing, or enforcing Microsoft 365 governance policies and security standards.
• You have a proven track record of delivering workshops aimed at increasing business awareness of M365 best practices.
• You possess hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot, including Copilot Chat and lightweight agents.
• You have 2+ years of experience working within a large-scale enterprise environment or the transport sector.
• You hold a university degree or demonstrate equivalent professional experience.
• You are fluent in Dutch (C1) and English (C1) with a good understanding of French (B1).

Nice to Haves

• Experience with Syntex, AI Builder, Enterprise Search, or RAG-based solutions.
• Applied knowledge of Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) for cloud solutions.
• Practical experience interacting with Microsoft 365 Admin Centers.
