AI Engineer – Customer Analytics & Digital Acceleration

Our client, a prominent leader in the retail sector, is seeking an AI Engineer to support a strategic digital acceleration initiative. The role focuses on developing and operationalizing an advanced customer analytics framework to optimize omnichannel behavior and e-commerce profitability.

• Translate business needs into clear analytical and AI problem statements.
• Design, build, validate, and deploy production-grade AI and machine learning solutions.
• Develop scalable data and AI pipelines to support customer analytics and reporting use cases.
• Industrialize analytical models while ensuring robustness, scalability, and cost efficiency.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and product teams to drive adoption and business value.
• Apply MLOps, governance, security, and compliance standards to all AI capabilities.

• You have 3+ years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, or Data Science.
• You possess strong hands-on experience with Python, PySpark, and Databricks.
• You bring proven experience designing and deploying production-grade AI solutions on Azure.
• You have a solid understanding of MLOps, including deployment, orchestration, and monitoring of AI solutions.
• You're experienced in translating complex business requirements into scalable and reliable AI products.
• You possess a strong analytical mindset and pay close attention to the robustness and limitations of AI systems.
• You have excellent communication skills to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• You're autonomous, hands-on, and comfortable working in a fast-paced operational environment.
• You are fluent in English.
