Expert SAP Program & Transformation Manager – ERP & Digital Change

Our client, a leading organization in the public transport sector, is looking for an Expert SAP Program & Transformation Manager to oversee large-scale ERP implementations. This role focuses on leading multi-domain projects and ensuring strategic alignment between business objectives and IT delivery while maintaining program governance at a strategic level.

• Lead and synchronize multiple related projects within a comprehensive SAP transformation program.
• Establish and maintain program governance, including risk management, budget oversight, and reporting at the CxO level.
• Define, staff, and direct a dedicated SAP Project Management Office (PMO) supporting numerous multi-year projects.
• Coordinate with various internal departments and external system integrators to ensure strategic business goals are met.
• Manage large-scale change management initiatives utilizing structured methodologies to facilitate organizational transformation.
• Oversee the end-to-end program lifecycle, from initiation and RFP processes to operational handover and support.

• You have 15+ years of experience as an end-to-end ERP Program & Transformation Manager with reporting experience at the CxO level.
• You possess 15+ years of hands-on experience in grootschalig Change Management using ADKAR or similar methodologies.
• You bring 15+ years of experience executing RFP processes within public organizations and managing multiple System Integrators.
• You have 10+ years of experience in defining, staffing, and managing an SAP PMO for large-scale programs with over 20 projects.
• You possess extensive experience leading at least 4 major SAP implementation programs covering Finance, Asset Management, HR, and Supply Chain.
• You have a proven track record of delivering high-quality S/4HANA transformations within budget and planning.
• You're an expert in Program & Project Management methodologies and budgeting for resource allocation.
• You're proactive, solution-oriented, and capable of resolving conflicts between diverse stakeholders.
• You are fluent in Dutch, French, and English.
