Senior Project Manager – Hardware & Software Integration

Our client is a dynamic scale-up in the sustainable technology sector looking for a central coordinator to bridge the gap between various technical departments. The role focuses on orchestrating cross-functional teams to deliver cutting-edge products from the research phase through to market launch and lifecycle optimization.

• Collaborate with R&D, product management, and marketing to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
• Lead and motivate cross-functional teams to execute projects on time and within budget while maintaining quality standards.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks and roadblocks to ensure smooth delivery of complex hardware and software solutions.
• Act as the primary point of contact for project-related communications, providing regular updates to stakeholders and leadership.
• Drive innovation and process improvements to optimize project delivery and scalability within a fast-paced environment.
• Coordinate with technical teams to manage hardware retrieval, testing processes, and component reclamation.

• 8+ years of experience in managing complex projects involving both Hardware and Software.
• 5+ years of experience with Project Management methodologies and a proven track record of strict methodology application.
• 3+ years of experience within R&D environments or technical product development.
• You have a high level of maturity to effectively manage and influence diverse stakeholders.
• You bring a technical affinity that allows for meaningful insights into technical analyses without performing them yourself.
• You possess strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and drive ownership within cross-functional teams.
• You're highly organized with exceptional time management and attention to detail.
• You have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business.
• You are fluent in English.

Nice to Haves

• Knowledge of NPI (New Product Introduction) structures.
• Possession of PMP or similar project management certification.
• Experience with logistics flows or supply chain optimization.
• Background in the energy sector or charging solutions.
