MSAT Specialist - Technology Transfer (Mammalian Cell Culture & Purification)

Our client, a leading pharmaceutical company, is looking for a specialist to provide scientific support for commercial manufacturing and process optimization. The role involves facilitating the technology transfer of new products and processes to a manufacturing site while leading improvement initiatives.

• Support the introduction of new drug substance manufacturing processes by facilitating technology transfer from development laboratories to large-scale manufacturing facilities.
• Ensure documentation readiness for clinical batch production, including process fit-gap analyses, defining process control strategies, and preparing sampling plans.
• Provide support during process performance qualification to successfully implement new processes at manufacturing scale.
• Identify and lead process improvement initiatives to increase process yield or robustness and generate supportive data packages.
• Monitor existing commercial manufacturing processes through data trending and the development of scientific study protocols.
• Contribute to investigations and process impact assessments for significant manufacturing deviations.

• You have a Master’s or PhD degree in Life Sciences.
• You bring 3+ years (PhD) or 5+ years (Master’s) of experience in process development or manufacturing science and technology.
• You possess experience with mammalian cell culture or purification processes at laboratory or manufacturing scale.
• You have a solid understanding of GMP standards.
• You're a flexible team player with strong analytical skills and the ability to adjust to shifting priorities.
• You are fluent in English.

Nice to Haves

• Experience with statistical and data trending tools such as JMP, Statistica, Matlab, or Simca.
• Prior professional experience within a GMP environment.
