Product Owner – Mobile Applications & Business Analysis

Our client, a major public safety organization, is seeking a professional to join their mobile digital transformation program. This role involves managing a suite of mobile modules designed to support field operations through advanced functional analysis and stakeholder coordination.

• Manage the product lifecycle for a suite of mobile modules, serving as the business and functional point of contact.
• Gather and analyze business requirements to translate them into detailed functional specifications.
• Model business processes using BPMN to define as-is and to-be states.
• Coordinate impact analyses regarding legal, security, and technical constraints.
• Collaborate with internal and external technical partners to ensure the successful delivery of new features.
• Drive change management activities, including user documentation, training sessions, and second-line support.
• Maintain regular reporting on product progress and strategic alignment for program leadership.

• You have 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst.
• You possess 3+ years of experience in business process modeling using BPMN.
• You bring 1+ years of experience in change management and end-user support.
• You have 1+ years of experience working within the public sector.
• You're experienced in gathering business requirements and translating them into functional requirements.
• You possess strong communication skills to manage multidisciplinary teams and external suppliers.
• You bring a proactive, autonomous, and solution-oriented mindset.
• You have excellent analytical skills with a focus on product value and user needs.
• You possess an active knowledge of Dutch, French, and English.
