Microsoft 365 Specialist – Messaging & Collaboration Infrastructure

Our client, a leading organization in the energy infrastructure sector, is looking for a Microsoft 365 Specialist to strengthen the team responsible for mail and messaging services. The role focuses on operating and supporting collaborative technologies within a hybrid environment to ensure reliable and sustainable digital operations. • Administer and maintain core Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, and SharePoint Online.
• Manage user identities, licenses, and group policies through Azure Active Directory and the Microsoft 365 Admin Center.
• Configure and support security policies, Data Loss Prevention (DLP), and compliance frameworks.
• Implement and maintain Teams Rooms, communication systems, and integrated collaboration tools in a hybrid cloud environment.
• Develop and automate workflows using Power Automate, PowerShell, and Microsoft Graph.
• Troubleshoot complex incidents, perform root cause analysis, and provide second-line support to end users and technical staff.
• Maintain technical documentation, standard operating procedures, and platform security strategies.

• 3+ years experience as a Microsoft 365 administrator, engineer, or specialist.
• You have experience with Exchange Online, Teams, and SharePoint Online.
• You bring proficiency in PowerShell, Microsoft Graph, or similar automation tools.
• You possess knowledge of Azure AD, Intune, and hybrid identity management.
• You're familiar with MFA, Conditional Access, and Data Loss Prevention (DLP).
• You have experience with monitoring systems and service health tracking.
• Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and interpersonal skills.
• You are fluent in English.

Nice to Haves

• Possession of relevant Microsoft certifications.
• Experience in hybrid or multi-tenant enterprise environments.
• Willingness to obtain necessary security clearances.
• Knowledge of French, Dutch, or German.
