Senior Technical Consultant – Structured Content Authoring

Our client, a leading organization in the pharmaceutical sector, is seeking a technical consultant to join a strategic transformation program. This role supports the implementation and integration of an intelligent document generation platform to modernize regulatory submissions through structured content and AI-assisted authoring.

• Lead technical discussions with vendors and internal teams to refine integration specifications.
• Coordinate solution design and implementation activities across enterprise architects and validation experts.
• Manage technical integrations with data foundations, content management systems, and identity providers.
• Translate complex business requirements into detailed technical specifications and solution designs.
• Oversee testing preparation and validation activities to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops to drive technical decisions and maintain project momentum.

• 8+ years of experience in system integration and technical project coordination.
• You possess extensive expertise working within GxP and regulated pharmaceutical environments.
• You bring a deep understanding of regulatory processes such as Regulatory Affairs, CMC, or Clinical.
• You have a proven track record of translating technical requirements into actionable solution designs.
• You're experienced in coordinating multiple vendors and cross-functional technical stakeholders.
• You possess a high attention to detail and a quality-driven mindset.
• You are proactive and solution-oriented.
• You are fluent in English.

Nice to Haves

• Experience with Structured Content Authoring platforms or Veeva Vault.
• Familiarity with IQVIA, Docuvera, or Ulysses regulatory technology.
• Integration experience involving Snowflake, Single Sign-On (SSO), or AI/Agentic capabilities.
• Knowledge of French.
