Business Analyst – Sustainability & CSRD Platform

Our client, a key player in the European energy landscape, is seeking a Business Analyst to support the development of their sustainability reporting platform. This role focuses on optimizing a data collection system designed to track supplier emissions and support large-scale decarbonization efforts across the supply chain.

• Translate complex business and user needs into clear, documented, and validated requirements.
• Support the continuous development and improvement of the data collection and reporting platform.
• Facilitate feedback sessions with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to identify optimization opportunities.
• Participate in functional feature testing to validate new functionalities before rollout.
• Collaborate with the Product Owner to assist in scheduling, prioritization, and sprint planning.
• Identify process integration needs and act as a sparring partner for business process harmonization.

• You have 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or within a procurement environment.
• You possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills to translate user needs into practical solutions.
• You bring experience in stakeholder management, engaging effectively with users and suppliers.
• You possess an entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently in a cross-functional environment.
• You have experience or a strong interest in sustainability topics such as Scope 3 emissions and CSRD reporting.
• You are fluent in English with proficiency in French, Dutch, or German.

Nice to Haves

• Experience working with SAP systems.
• Proven track record in Agile environments and iterative product development.
