Senior HR People Advisor

Our client, a leading international organization, is seeking an experienced HR People Advisor to join their European advisory team. The role focuses on implementing HR policies and initiatives while acting as a strategic point of contact for employee lifecycle management and social relations.

• Represent the HR department and collaborate with diverse teams to implement organizational policies and projects.
• Act as the first point of contact for individual case management, including illness, leave, and performance assessments.
• Provide guidance to managers and employees regarding HR interventions and complex personnel administration.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a positive and consistent employee experience.
• Support the performance management cycle and job evaluation processes to maintain organizational standards.
• Manage social relations with trade unions and consultative bodies at the local level.

• You have a Bachelor or Master degree in Human Resources.
• You bring 5+ years of relevant experience in HR.
• You possess proven experience in social relations and trade unions.
• You're a result-oriented professional with strong communication, collaboration, and priority-setting skills.
• You are fluent in Dutch and English.
