- What if I’m curious about recruitment but not completely sure it is for me?
That is completely valid. Many of us joined without planning to work in recruitment. If you enjoy working with people, thinking on your feet and being part of a fast-paced environment, it might be worth looking into. You do not need to have it all figured out. What matters is your openness to explore something new.
- Do I need prior experience in recruitment to apply?
Not at all. Whether you have worked in hospitality, sales, HR, education or any other field, your people skills and ability to adapt are what really count. We have seen people from all kinds of backgrounds succeed here. What they shared was empathy, curiosity and a strong desire to learn.
- How do I know if I will fit in?
If you value real conversations, enjoy taking initiative and want to be part of a team where people support each other, there is a good chance you will feel at home. We care about doing great work, but also about staying human in the process. You can be ambitious without having to act like someone you are not.
- How should I prepare for the application process?
Just be yourself. Think about what gives you energy at work and what you are hoping to find in your next role. You do not need a perfect pitch or flashy words. Yes. You will start with a permanent contract and grow from there. We make sure good work is seen and appreciated. As you gain experience, you will also get more room to take on new responsibilities. - What does the compensation package include?
You get a salary that reflects your experience, along with a number of extras that make everyday life easier. This includes a company car with fuel or charging card, a phone with subscription, solid insurance, and 12 additional vacation days. If you prefer cycling over driving, bike leasing is also an option.
