En quoi consiste la fonction ?

• Vous rendez quotidiennement visite à des pharmaciens et/ou à des médecins : vous êtes le premier point de contact dans la région qui vous a été attribuée.
• Vous développez une expertise dans votre domaine et donnez d'excellentes explications sur votre gamme de produits.
• Vous construisez des relations solides et assurez un bon suivi de vos contacts
• Vous êtes responsable de la réalisation d'objectifs prédéfinis et êtes un ambassadeur de la gamme de produits de notre client.

• You are in charge of managing the suppliers’ relationships for your categories of equipment through regular status meetings and visits.
• You support internal stakeholders on topics related to suppliers.
• You handle contract administration and manage contract changes effectively.
• You conduct contract risk management, including risk assessment and implementation of mitigation measures.
• You oversee contract performance management and handle contract claims efficiently.
• You ensure proper documentation and archiving of contract-related materials.
• You are responsible for reporting on supplier and contract performance.

• You are appointed as project manager in the final sales phase, and will finalize project scope together with sales and the customer.

• Define and manage phase gate approach during complete project.

• You initiate the project with the customer and internally.

• You manage the project team via regular project team meetings.

• You follow up project engineers and review project specific documents.

• You have a clear overview over project schedule and milestones.

• Control and report project costs and cost to come.

• Collect and report project risks with mitigation plans to minimize project risks.

• Report project status on a regular basis to the management and project steering committee.

• Invite the customer for project review meetings and project acceptance tests.

• Support commissioning engineers during start-up.

• Je bezoekt dagelijks artsen én/of apothekers en bent het eerste contactpunt in de toegewezen regio
• Je bouwt een expertise uit binnen jouw domein en geeft een uitstekende uitleg over je gamma van producten
• Je bouwt aan sterke relaties en zorgt voor een goede opvolging van jouw contacten
• Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het behalen van vooropgestelde objectieven en bent ambassadeur voor het productgamma van onze klant

We are seeking a skilled Distribution Expert (Export-Import-Customs) who is ready to take on a pivotal role in our export operations. If you are detail-oriented and have a passion for logistics and compliance, this opportunity is designed for you.

• You document export shipments in the SAP system and manual systems.
• You document non-commercial export shipments for internal departments.
• You book shipments with carriers/forwarders to ensure on-time delivery according to customer requirements.
• You prepare legalization documents such as Certificates of Origin.
• You file invoices, export documents, transport documents, and correspondence electronically.
• You check customs documents for accuracy and request necessary rectifications.
• You create ED and AV documents for correct customs declarations in import and customs systems.

In addition, you will support the import & customs teams in day-to-day operations and contribute to process improvements within the department, including preparations for upgrading SAP to S4/Hana and implementing GTS and self-filing of customs declarations.

• Salarissen bespreken & onderhandelen – jij durft het gesprek aan over centen, benefits en verwachtingen. Geen awkward silences, wel transparantie en eerlijkheid.
• Het volledige selectieproces begeleiden – van eerste “hey, alles goed?” tot “proficiat, je bent binnen!” Jij houdt het overzicht, de communicatie én het enthousiasme hoog.
• Blijven connecteren – Zodra een consultant aan de slag is, blijf jij betrokken. Niet enkel wanneer er iets misloopt, maar net om proactief de connectie te behouden. Misschien wordt hij of zij wel je nieuwe bron van leads & referenties. Na de onboarding nemen onze Talent Managers de follow-up over.
