Your daily mission

On‑site coordination and supervision

You coordinate daily site activities: supervise works, follow execution plans, manage teams, subcontractors and on‑site personnel.

Quality, safety and compliance oversight

You check that works follow project specifications, quality standards and safety rules. You handle safety briefings, enforce compliance and monitor the work environment.

Planning, resources and logistics management

You manage schedules, materials, equipment and logistics to ensure work flows smoothly and deadlines are met.

Site Coordinators manage the flow of people, materials and tasks on site. Their work prevents delays and ensures quality is never compromised.

What makes you a fit?

Bachelor’s or equivalent technical background in Civil Engineering, Construction, Electromechanics, Mechanics or related discipline
Practical site experience or comfort working on construction / piping / utility sites
Willingness to work on‑site and travel across project locations in Belgium when needed
Strong organisational skills and ability to coordinate people, materials and schedules

You may work on civil construction, industrial installations, piping, infrastructure upgrades or maintenance projects across sectors such as energy, utilities, manufacturing or construction.
