C’est un atout, mais pas une obligation. Nous proposons accompagnement et coaching pour évoluer vers un rôle de leadership sur chantier.
Oui. La majorité de votre travail se déroule sur chantier afin de suivre l’avancement quotidien et l’exécution des travaux.
La communication sur site est essentielle. Le néerlandais ou le français est généralement requis selon la région. L’anglais est un plus.
