- The story of Vandycke & Partners
Founded in 1990 by Michel Vandycke, Vandycke & Partners earned its reputation as a trusted partner for executive search and permanent recruitment in Healthcare and Life Sciences. Built on close client relationships, a deep understanding of sector-specific roles, and a strong cultural focus, the firm became a go-to name for organisations looking to grow sustainably.
Over time, its services expanded to Engineering, Digital and Corporate functions. In 2017, Vandycke & Partners, together with its subsidiary Mediconsult, joined Pauwels Consulting. They became the group's dedicated team for permanent recruitment, embedded within the broader Pauwels organisation.
- The story of Four Life Sciences
Driven by a passion for career development and life-changing placements, Four Life Sciences built its foundation around candidate success. With a strong focus on Life Sciences and related fields such as Quality, Production, Sales and Engineering, the company grew a wide-reaching network of ambitious professionals and future-focused employers.
In 2025, Four Life Sciences joined Pauwels Consulting, bringing added energy, talent and candidate insight to the group's recruitment offering.
