- Why consider direct hire instead of consulting?
In a direct hire role, you join one of our client’s internal teams and are employed directly by them. We support you through the selection process, help you prepare, and ensure a smooth transition to your new long-term position.
- Am I employed by Pauwels Consulting or the client?
In this case, always at your new employer, our client.
- Are these full-time, permanent roles?
All of our positions are with a contract of indefinite duration (CDI). Most our fulltime, but we also intermediate part-time.
- Is there support if I want to change jobs later?
Absolutely. If you're open to future growth or change, we stay in touch to help you explore new opportunities, whether at the same company or elsewhere.
