FAQs

What kind of projects will I work on as an Electrical Engineer?

Substations and high-voltage distribution in energy infrastructure. E&I projects in petrochemicals. Automation roll-outs in industry. Project duration varies a lot: sometimes a few months, sometimes several years. If you want a different direction afterwards, we look together at what fits you.

What if I don't yet have BA4/BA5 or Eplan experience?

BA4/BA5 and VCA VOL we can arrange in any case. Caneco and Eplan are the bigger challenges and we look at those per profile and per project.

Do I need a master's degree for an Electrical Engineer role?

Usually yes. Most clients look for a master's or industrial engineer for this role. A bachelor or graduate with the right experience is not excluded, but we are upfront in advance about whether matches exist for your profile.

Payroll or freelance: is both possible?

Yes, both are possible. What fits depends on your preference, the project and the client. We are upfront about that in advance.
