- Your responsibilities
Finding and attracting new talent – you are basically the casting director of our projects. You actively search for the right profiles through LinkedIn, job boards and your network, call them up, pitch our projects and make sure they are glad you reached out.
Screening, interviewing and connecting – you quickly sense whether there is a click. You ask the right questions, really listen and know when someone is the right fit (or not).
Discussing and negotiating salaries – you are comfortable talking about money, benefits and expectations. No awkward silences, just transparency and honesty.
Guiding the full selection process – from the first “Hey, how are you?” to “Congratulations, you’re in!” You keep the process, communication and enthusiasm on track.
Staying connected – once a consultant starts, you remain involved. Not only when something goes wrong, but proactively to maintain a strong connection. Who knows, they might become your next source of leads or referrals. After onboarding, our Talent Managers take over the follow-up.
Employer branding – you love building our employer brand, and that might even include chatting about it with friends over a drink after work.
- Your profile
You preferably hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, or you simply have tons of drive and the right mindset.
You ideally already have some work experience. Recruitment experience is not a must, but definitely a plus. Top graduates are more than welcome too.
You love talking to people and truly listening to what they are looking for.
You think “challenge accepted” instead of “oh no, that’s not for me.”
You are result-oriented, enjoy a good negotiation and stay calm when priorities shift or something urgent comes up.
You speak fluent Dutch and English – whether it’s at the office, over email or during a spontaneous video call with a candidate who “just happens to be free.”
