- What kind of projects will I work on as an Electrical Designer?
Schematics for substations and high voltage installations. As built dossiers for industrial sites. Eplan drafting for automation projects. Project length varies: sometimes a few months, sometimes several years. If you want to change direction afterwards, we look together at what fits.
- What if I don't yet have Eplan or Autocad experience?
That depends on your profile and the project. Autocad often follows naturally. Eplan is a bigger investment and we look at it case by case. We are upfront in advance about what is feasible.
- Do I need an engineering degree for a designer role?
No. For designer roles a bachelor or graduate with the right experience is usually enough. We don't exclude a master's or industrial engineer, but the diploma doesn't determine the level. Your work does.
- Payroll or freelance: is both possible?
Yes, both are possible. What fits depends on your preference, the project and the client. We are upfront about it in advance.
