FAQs
- Do I need to be an engineer?
Usually yes, a technical or engineering background, master's or bachelor with solid experience. The range is wide though, so if your engineering is strong there is a good chance we have a fit.
- I have no prior pharma experience. Am I welcome?
Definitely. Plenty of our pharma engineers started somewhere else, in food or other manufacturing, and the engineering carries over just fine.
- Can I work as a freelancer?
Yes, and plenty do. Freelancing works across pretty much all of pharmaceutical engineering here.
- Do I have a say in which project I do?
Yes. We propose concrete projects, you approve or decline. Only then do you meet the client.
