FAQs

How is this different from a QA Officer?

A Quality Engineer is more technical. You investigate root causes and drive process or equipment improvements, rather than mainly keeping documentation compliant.

Do I need a master's degree?

Usually yes, at master's level, ideally with a technical or engineering background. Relevant experience counts too.

Is Dutch required?

For most roles in Belgium, yes. You work closely with production and other departments.

Do I have a say in which project I do?

Yes. We propose concrete projects, you approve or decline. Only then do you meet the client.
