FAQs

Is this the same as a Construction Supervisor?

Yes. The titles are used interchangeably for the same job. We use Site Supervisor, in line with our Engineering pages.

Do I need pharmaceutical experience?

It depends on the role and usually not. Purely civil work such as stairs or bridges asks nothing extra, and experience from food or other industry counts fully.

When does cleanroom experience matter?

On cleanroom builds it is often a requirement. We have open roles that ask specifically for a supervisor who has been through one.

What is different from a site outside pharma?

The regulation and the documentation. You record more, and you record it more precisely.

The same work outside pharma

Not every project runs on a pharmaceutical site. Our Engineering colleagues place the same profiles in infrastructure, industry and energy. Follow the link to see what is open there.
