You coordinate electrical sites from A to Z. Contractor management, technical follow-up, site meetings and safety are your daily work.

Five honest answers to questions consultants really ask.
- Am I welcome if I am not an engineer?
Yes. Draftsmen, designers, site coordinators, engineers: all wanted. A graduate or A2 diploma with the right experience weighs just as much. The work decides the level, not your paper.
- What if I do not yet have BA4/BA5 or Eplan experience?
That depends on the project and your starting point. During our first conversation, we look together at which tools and certifications are relevant for you. Where the project and the path allow it, training can come up over time. No blank promise, just an honest conversation upfront.
- What happens when my project ends?
Your Talent Manager proactively starts on your next match before your current project ends. With a permanent contract, salary, company car and benefits continue without a gap.
- Do I have a say in which project I do?
Yes. We bring you concrete projects, you approve or decline. Only then do you meet the client. Not the other way around.
- Will I work on low voltage or high voltage?
Both are possible. Projects range from low voltage in industrial installations to high voltage in distribution and transmission. The level of your work depends on your profile and the match with the project.
