FAQs

What kind of projects will I work on as a Mechanical Designer?

Piping design for petrochemical installations. 3D models for pharma cleanrooms. Mechanical drawings for utilities. Project duration varies widely: sometimes a few months, sometimes several years. If you want a different direction afterwards, we look together at what fits.

What if I don't yet master all CAD tools?

That depends on your profile and the project. Solidworks or Inventor in hand? Great. For other CAD packages and specialist tools, we look at what's feasible case by case.

Do I need an engineering degree for a designer role?

No. For designer roles, a bachelor's degree or graduate diploma with the right experience is usually enough. We don't exclude a master's degree or industrial engineer either. We check upfront which matches exist for your profile.

Payroll or freelance: are both possible?

Yes, both are possible. What fits depends on your preference, the project and the client. We're upfront about it.
