Prevention advisor level 1, the master programme on top of the bachelor. Someone with level 2 only will not set the strategy alone, although level 2 plus substantial experience does occur.
No. The usual route is a technical background plus the prevention advisor programme, or a bachelor in integral safety followed by the master. Engineers do this work too: everyone here comes from their own path. Where a vacancy asks for specific technical knowledge, you do need that.
Mostly not. Experience from another industry is just as valuable. You pick up the pharmaceutical context on the job.
Safety coordinator A and B come up most often and are more relevant here than environmental coordinator, which is rarely asked for.
