Bij de meeste klanten ligt de nadruk bij Product Manager op de roadmap, de markt en de business case, bij Product Owner op de backlog en de sprint. De precieze invulling verschilt per organisatie.
Dat verschilt per klant. Bij sommige ben je volledig eigenaar, bij andere bouw je ze samen met een business owner die ze goedkeurt. We zijn er eerlijk over welke van de twee een opdracht is, voor je ze aanvaardt.
Niet verplicht. Veel Product Managers komen uit analyse, marketing of consulting. Affiniteit met tech en data helpt, coderen hoef je zelf niet te doen.
Meestal bij de klant, vaak hybride. De verhouding bespreken we vooraf per opdracht.
