Dat verschilt per klant. Bij sommige is Product Owner een tactische, teamdichte rol, bij andere hoort er echt eigenaarschap over de productrichting bij. We zijn er eerlijk over welke van de twee een opdracht is, voor je ze aanvaardt.
Bij de meeste klanten ligt de nadruk bij Product Owner op de backlog en de sprint, bij Product Manager op de roadmap, de markt en de business case. De precieze invulling verschilt per organisatie.
Niet verplicht. Veel Product Owners komen uit een analyse-achtergrond. Affiniteit met tech en data helpt, coderen hoef je zelf niet te doen.
Meestal bij de klant, vaak hybride. De verhouding bespreken we vooraf per opdracht.
