FAQs

Five honest answers to questions Product & Delivery consultants actually ask.

Do I need an IT degree?

Not a hard requirement. We mainly look at the match with the role, where relevant experience and the expertise you have built up weigh more heavily than the specific degree.

Do I need Dutch or French?

For most roles, yes, certainly at clients in Belgium. You often work with teams and stakeholders who speak Dutch or French internally.

Can I move into Product & Delivery from another role?

Yes. Analysts often start out in development, grow into analysis and later take the step toward product or project management. Your Talent Manager thinks along with you about your next step.

Will I work at the office or at the client?

Usually at the client, often hybrid. The balance depends on the project and is discussed upfront.

Do I have a say in which project I take on?

Yes. We propose concrete projects to you, you decide whether to approve them. Only then do you meet the client. Not the other way around.
