FAQs
Honest answers to questions production consultants really ask.
- Do I need to be an engineer?
Not necessarily. Bio, industrial or civil engineer all fit, and biomedical, biotech or pharma backgrounds are welcome too. What really counts is how you think.
- Can I start right after graduating?
It is possible, but your profile needs to stand out. Most roles ask for a master's and ideally one to two years of experience. For graduates, strong soft skills and things like taking the lead in a student club or the scouts can make the difference.
- Is there shift work?
For production roles, often yes: early and late shifts, with a shift premium. Weekend and night work stay exceptional, and we are upfront about it from the start.
- Is remote work possible?
There is no remote work in the first year. After that, one day a week is standard, regardless of performance. We are transparent about this from the start.
- How long do projects last?
Projects run for at least a year and are often extended to three or four. That gives you real stability.
- How do I grow here?
It is a proper learning school with modern kit. You specialise, build real expertise and grow from there.
