FAQs

Do I need a master's degree?

For most roles, yes. Around 90% of our projects ask for a master's level background. Graduates are welcome for a number of clients, so it is always worth checking with us.

Can I switch to another role?

Yes. Consulting is built for that. Many consultants move toward QA or validation, for example. You will not spend ten years doing exactly the same thing.

How much say do I have in my projects?

A lot. We propose concrete projects that fit your profile and preferences. You decide whether you are interested. Only then do we introduce you to the client.

Where would I be working?

In and around Belgium's main Life Sciences hubs, primarily the Antwerp region and Ghent. The exact location depends on the project.

Is remote work possible?

It depends on the client and the project. Many roles offer hybrid flexibility, and we look for a setup that works for you.

How long do projects last?

Life Sciences projects tend to run for a long time, which gives you stability. Together with your Talent Manager you plan your next step well before a project ends.
