Think Pink

In the first week of June, our consultants walk, cycle, and run everywhere, instead of taking their car. We reward the commitment of our consultants to this ‘Green Challenge’ with a donation to Think Pink, the national breast cancer campaign in Belgium. In 2021 and 2022, we have donated € 2,500 in total.

Unfortunately, cancer is all around us. But if we are confident that if we team up, we can beat cancer together. With our Green Challenge, and the resulting donation to Think Pink, we hope to contribute to a cancer-free world and better treatment for patients worldwide.

Alain Moloto vzw

“No child should be left out.” That’s why IT consultant Filip Devry supports the non-profit organisation Alain Moloto vzw in Liedekerke. With his IT knowledge, social commitment, proactive attitude, and a few old laptops, docking stations and computer monitors from Pauwels Consulting, he once again put a smile on a number of children’s faces last year. Filip doesn’t flaunt it himself, but we thought that he – and Alain Moloto vzw – deserved some attention.

The Lymefonds

What would you do if your life got turned upside-down by a tick bite? Tiana, the sister of our Engineering Consultant Brent Ghijs, suffers from Lyme disease since 3 years. As the disease is not well researched, many treatments are currently not officially recognised by Belgian health insurancance funds. This means that people with Lyme disease often need to fund their treatment and research themselves.

As a dedicated brother, Brent helps his sister look for sponsors for ‘Run for Lyme’, an event organized by ‘het Lymefonds’ to help patients cover their medical expenses. A fantastic exemple of what it means to be a strong family, one of our core values! So of course, we were honoured we could help Tiana and Brent by donating. We wish them all the best!

We have set aside a predefined budget to support charities. So, are you involved with charity work, and do you need our support? Please fill out the form below.

Our review team, consisting of back-office staff and a delegation of the Pauwels Consulting Happiness team, will evaluate your request based on the following factors:

Does your charity support a vulnerable group such as children, elderly people, people with disabilities or severe diseases, disaster vicitms, or people who are otherwise experiencing difficulties in our society?
Does your charity support a common cause such as the prevention of climate change, the prevention or resolving of pollution, the protection of animals…
Do you contribute actively (financially or otherwise) to the charity? This is a requirement for us to honor your request.
