Contracts & Procurement

The goods and services you need,
when you need them

How can we help our clients with Contract Management & Procurement?
Cosmetics, government, railway, biotech… Our Procurement & Contract Managers are active within many different sectors. They make sure that our clients’ employees and partners have everything they need, from pens and paper to the necessary machines and services. Our people negotiate contracts and only settle for the best possible price and quality. But their work doesn’t stop there. Our consultants also make sure the suppliers follow through and deliver the right goods and services for the agreed price and quality. In other words, our Contract & Procurement Managers are vital to keep any project on track.

What is our added value as Pauwels Consulting?
Because our Procurement & Contract Managers come from different backgrounds and have worked on many projects, they have acquired a wide set of skills. At Pauwels Consulting, we take pride in our organisational skills and impeccable timing, and experience has taught us to face unexpected challenges head on.

When our consultants are introduced to a new company, our people use theirs soft and hard skills to start from scratch once again, keep all their projects on track and ensure everything runs smoothly. We always go above and beyond for every project.

The roles

We are always looking to strengthen our team with the following experts:

Buyers Materials

Our Buyers Materials procure the materials a company requires. They first investigate the current supplier base and the external market, after which they set up a comprehensive tender document based on the input of the client. Our people then review the offers of various suppliers and start negotiations with the ones meeting the standards on quality, experience, knowledge and price to ensure they acquire the best products for their company.

Buyers Services/Works

Our Buyers Services/Works identify the needs of a company in terms of services and benefits. They make the indirect purchases the company needs to operate on a daily basis, such as repairing equipment, office supplies or services.

Kathleen Jacquemin

“The procurement department is the central point of an organisation. It is the link between all the departments of the company and their suppliers.”
