Quality Management

Take your project to the next level

How can we help our clients with Quality & Risk?
Our quality managers rely on their past experiences, good communication skills and quality management tools like the SIPOC diagram to bring any project to a satisfactory conclusion. It is important to note that our managers are no ISO auditors; our people go even further and make sure that the project also abides by the rules of the quality management plan. Afterwards, a lessons learned session is done with the entire team. This way, everyone involved can take their newly acquired knowledge with them to their next project.

Our Risk managers are called in when timing or budget are crucial. They identify all potential risks with tools like the Monte Carlo Analysis and draw up a plan to mitigate them as much as possible. They make sure their plans are followed, monitor all actions carefully and report all progress to the project manager. This way, our Risk managers can lighten the load of the project and ensure a safer and better work environment for the entire project team.

What is our added value as Pauwels Consulting?

At Pauwels Consulting, our Quality & Risk managers typically work on multiple projects at the same time. This means they gain new insights every day and get to apply their newly obtained knowledge the next day at a different project.

Our clients get to profit from our consultants’ experience and expertise, and our consultants get to enjoy a very diverse work life. That’s why we love our job so much!

The roles

We are always looking to strengthen our team with the following experts:

Quality Systems Manager

Our Quality Systems Managers develop the quality strategy, policies, processes, standards and systems for the company and its supply chain to operate within. After these policies and standards have been implemented, they audit all parties to ensure compliance.

Daisy Van Hemel

“As a consultant, you gain new experiences and gain new insights every day. I probably wouldn’t learn so much if I were employed somewhere permanently, as each project has its own unique aspects. That diversity makes me a richer person.”
