Project Management

The project leader and communications experts you need

How can we help our clients with Project Management?
Project Management encompasses several phases, including initiation, planning, execution, control, follow-up and after-care. During all of these phases, our Project Managers are responsible for budgeting, timing, procurement, quality control, risk assessment, personnel, communication and – of course – the end result. Usually, a project manager also manages the project team.

Together with our client, our project managers determine the direction of the project and keep a helicopter view of all parts and processes at all times.

What is our added value as Pauwels Consulting?

Our Project Management consultants are well versed in specific methodologies such as PMI, PMBOK, PRINCE2, Agile and Scrum. They possess the necessary skills and experience in budgeting, negotiating, people management, … to bring every part of the project to a successful conclusion.

Having successfully completed several projects in different sectors and settings, our Project Managers bring a unique view to the table.

The roles

We are always looking to strengthen our team with the following experts:

Civil Project Manager

Our Civil Project Managers oversee large construction projects. They supervise subcontractors, attend project progress meetings and monitor compliance with building and safety codes and regulations.

Senior Project Manager

Our Senior Project Managers lead a team of Product Managers and work in coordination with the engineering, marketing, sales and other teams. Our Managers and their team develop the product requirements and roadmaps based on the input and feedback of all parties concerned.

Operations Manager

Our Operations Managers focus on the engagement and development of the company’s employees. Their core responsibilities include resourcing, staffing, recruitment and financial processes, such as invoicing.

Program Manager

Our Program Managers are architects who outline the blueprint of programs for their company. They map out the strategy and objectives of the program and assess how this will influence the company. Our Managers then define all of the projects needed to conclude the program and supervise these.

Andy Boon

“Project management is much more than ‘managing a project’. It’s also stakeholder management, people management and cost management. I love the challenges and variety my job provides.”
